1. Service Description

PureProfit is a profit tracking tool for ecommerce sellers. It connects to your selling platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop), ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and shipping providers (ShipStation, Shippo, Easyship) to calculate your actual profit per product and per platform by pulling real fee, shipping, and order data.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use PureProfit.

3. Subscription and Billing

PureProfit offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $12 per month.

Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of PureProfit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

5. Platform Integrations

When you connect a platform, you authorize PureProfit to access your order, product, and fee data through that platform's API. We access data in read-only mode and do not modify any data on your connected platforms.

You may disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes all synced data from that platform.

6. Disclaimers

Profit calculations are based on data available through platform APIs and the product costs you provide. While we use actual fee data (not estimates), accuracy depends on the completeness and correctness of data from your connected platforms.

PureProfit is not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

PureProfit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureProfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, all of your data is permanently deleted, including synced orders, products, and connected platform data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the PureProfit dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
